1. Description of Service

FunnyBrilliants is an online educational platform providing video-based courses focused on personal development, business, creativity, and AI. We offer a "Free" membership tier with limited access and a "Pro" membership tier requiring a paid subscription. All billing and subscription management is handled securely via Razorpay.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access our courses, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Billing Cycle: Pro memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via your Razorpay customer portal.
• Post-Cancellation Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your currently paid billing period. After this period, your account will revert to the Free tier.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

As a user of FunnyBrilliants, you agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with third parties. Accounts are for individual use only.
• Download, record, screen-capture, or redistribute any course video content.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to extract data or video content from the platform.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on FunnyBrilliants, including but not limited to course videos, text, graphics, logos, and platform design, is the exclusive property of FunnyBrilliants and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your Pro or Free membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly for personal, non-commercial viewing. Resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

"As Is" Service: The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.

Educational Purposes Only: The content provided on FunnyBrilliants is intended strictly for educational and informational purposes. It does not constitute professional, financial, medical, psychological, or legal advice.

No Guaranteed Outcomes: We do not guarantee any specific personal, financial, or professional results or outcomes from completing our courses. FunnyBrilliants shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform.

7. Termination of Account

FunnyBrilliants reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions (e.g., sharing account credentials or attempting to download videos).

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
