Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Canceling simply stops future billing.
Is there a refund if I don't use it?
No. All payments are strictly non-refundable. If you forget to cancel or do not use the platform during your billing cycle, we cannot issue a refund. Please ensure you cancel before your next billing date if you no longer wish to use Pro.
Do I keep access after canceling?
Yes. When you cancel, you will continue to have full Pro access until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free tier.
What happens to my progress if I downgrade?
Your XP, badges, and course progress are safely stored. However, you will lose access to Pro-exclusive courses, and your streak may freeze or reset depending on the Free tier limitations. You can regain full access by upgrading again in the future.
