Refund Policy

1. All Payments are Non-Refundable

At FunnyBrilliants, all payments made for Pro memberships (whether billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay Subscriptions) are strictly non-refundable.

Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We do not offer partial refunds or credits for any unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.

2. No Exceptions

To maintain fairness and simplicity in our billing, we enforce this policy with absolutely no exceptions. We will not grant refunds for:

• Accidental purchases or auto-renewals.
• Periods where you did not use the platform or log into your account.
• Dissatisfaction with the course content, features, or platform functionality.

3. Try the Free Tier First

Because the decision to subscribe is final and non-refundable, we strongly recommend that you thoroughly explore our Free membership tier. Please utilize our free courses and preview content to ensure FunnyBrilliants meets your expectations before deciding to upgrade to a Pro subscription.

4. Cancellations and Continued Access

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancelling your subscription simply stops all future billing. It does not refund the current, already-paid billing period.

If you choose to cancel, you will retain full access to all Pro features and content until the end of your current paid billing cycle. Once that cycle concludes, your account will automatically revert to the Free tier.

How to cancel: You can stop future charges by navigating to your Account Settings and selecting "Manage Subscription," or by cancelling the mandate directly through your Razorpay customer portal/bank.

5. Legal Governance & Transparency

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
